Kingfisher Lake Cottage is privately owned, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
Cottage sleeps a maximum of 6 adults, 2 children. No camping is allowed. No pets/no smoking allowed.


A $150.00 check is required at check in for a general security deposit
which will be refunded after check out inspection.
A $65.00 fee is charged for house cleaning.

Cancellation Policy: 30 day notice - $25.00 fee
Two weeks notice - $100.00 fee
Less than two weeks - 1/2 of deposit retained
72 hours or less - Total rental deposit retained
